Follow up to my last post. The toxic fallout has ended, ironically before the sunblocker turned on. I used a small melee killbox to have my ghouls kill most of the mechanoids, however, the 3 caterpillars outside of the box managed to drop one of my ghouls, but since they were all in melee, the ghouls won. Then I had one colonist with a smoke launcher smoke the turrets so that the ghouls could destroy them safely.
