Strange Thrall Stats - Astia the Spotter and Hap-Zebah

u/MushaShukou had a question about his thrall's stats so I took a look, at Astia the Spotter and Hap-Zebah.
Above is Astia the Spotter's invisible DamageModifier stats.
And here are Hap-Zebah's DamageModifiers. She's a pretty good archer at 2.52.
The plot thickens on their accuracy, though. Notice Astia's 15 accuracy is giving her an Accuracy Ranged Bonus of 12%....
...while Hap's higher overall accuracy is giving her a lower bonus at 8%. Puzzling.
In real combat, predictably Hap was doing higher overall damage thanks to her DamageModifier. But the discrepancy between Accuracy Ranged Bonus on the two of them is peculiar.
